CE: Sorrel and Bellatrix

EDIT 7/30/17: Sorrel and Bellatrix are no longer apart of the RP  I mentioned due to circumstances (therefore, this version of her no longer exists), but I want to leave this up because I am so proud of the work I put into her and I'm not going to hide or try to delete what I was once a part of.

My entry for 's 'Design an Esarian Contest" 

So at first, I thought this would be easy...but it wasn't o-o It's been hard for me to draw lately on top of that due to me being in a really pissed off mood, but I managed to power through

Some notes on the design I did:

-ANK NEEDS MOAR REDHEADS KARA. 8D The only other red head is Clayton but he's minor :'< Call me a narcissist, but red heads....are amazing
-There are only 3 other green esarians. So that's why I chose green for my FC
- While I love complex and over the top designs, this time I decided to go simple. Plus it was a great chance to work with green. I'm not good with green and according to Kara, green is the 'hot' color on Arecace at the moment
- Sorrel's other arm is hidden. The reason I did it like that is because she has kind of a chubby build. She never bothered to try and lose that baby weight after having her daughter, Bellatrix.

ON TO TEH BIO:

Full name: Sorrel Hovarth
Sex: MA'AM
Race: Esarian Green (with a fuckton of red in her background as well. Her family line is primarily consisted of green and red)
Age: 21 (her daughter is 3)
Height: 5'4"
Source abilities:
1. Critical Energy Gathering
-This is usually a bread and butter skill of source. Nearly every character has this ability, some to a very weak extent or a major extent. Sorrel is a great ranged fighter, although she doesn't have any specific source skills like Stagnate or Blank. Needless to say, she'd stand no chance against the likes of Shizame but she can put up a very good fight regardless.
Strengths: 
1. Above Average Bulk
-For a Green Esarian, Sorrel is quite strong. Of course, she would never be a physical match for the likes of Zagraene or Azrisar, but it's certainly a nice surprise tactic to temporarily stun her opponents.
2. Agility
-Sorrel is decent at evading attacks.
3. Cunning
-To make up for her lack of....uh, really cool source abilities, Sorrel relies on her wits and cunning to win fights. She prefers to stun her opponents and surprise them with her strength so she can run. Yes, she'd rather pick off a weakened opponent than try and weaken one herself.
Weakness:
1. Sorrel is an awful team player. She is extremely anti social and prefers to do things her own way or no way. IN the end, solo missions.
2. Is not too great at close quarters combat.
3. Her daughter can easily be used as a bargaining chip against her
4. Is very much likely to develop cancer. It runs pretty rampant in her family, in fact the only family members that remain on her biological parents and an aunt.
5. Poor flyer. She's afraid of heights. But she won't admit that anytime soon. But she's trying to learn to conquer this.
Personality: Sorrel is what you would describe as someone who is extremely anti social. She hates people and doesn't fancy having any friends anytime soon. She rebuffs conversation and will only help others if it suits what she wants. The only person who has ever seen Sorrel happy and loving is her daughter. Everything Sorrel does is to make sure her daughter can live in a happy place. She comes across as selfish and uncaring, but money is a great way to get her to care. She hates Arecace's treatment of Esarians and all of their subspecies. Her daughter came out Demon Esarian and will likely suffer even worse malformations than she already has.
Philosophy: Only act on someone else's wish if it helps you
Background: Sorrel grew up in Salix under the care of her parents, two green esarians. She used to be quite an athlete and was a pretty stellar student who had always hated how Esarians were treated. When she turned 17, she met a n Esarian-Demon (red) named Zephyr, who literally swept her off her feet, with a charming and loving personality. Being someone who believed that there is too much prejudice against Esarians, especially the Demon class in Salix, she accepted him immediately into her life. Unfortunately, he got her pregnant and months later she gave birth to her daughter Bellatrix, who came out an Esarian Demon (red) who was already showing severe deformations. Fearing for her daughter's safety, Sorrel begged Zephyr to move away from Salix to Escholzia, where they would all be much safer, as Salix is big on hunting down Demon class Esarians. They argued countless amounts of times until eventually Zephyr caved into Sorrel's pleading and they moved to Escholzia.
   2 years later, Zephyr decided to revoke his agreement to living in Escholzia and tried to kidnap his daughter to go back to Salix to join a cult known as 'The Sight'. Horrified at learning he was a cultist, Sorrel immediately told Zephyr to leave and never come back into her and Bellatrix's life. Unfortunately, Zephyr attacked and tried to make away with Bellatrix. She and Zephyr fought to the death over Bellatrix's fate. Either living with her father and The Sight and constantly in danger of getting killed by hunters, or  a relatively safer existence with her mother where she may be forced to join AnK to even make ends meet to support her baby.
  In the end, Sorrel came out victorious and in the end, she was forced to join AnK, seeing as how that was probably the only job she could have gotten that would be somewhat secure for herself. Plus the fact that the lovely Guild Master is trying to fight for equal rights for Esarians, she had no problem putting in her application.

Relationships with other characters (this is a primarily what-if? section. This is assuming Sorrel ever interacted with the official characters in AnK)
  Sorrel doesn't really maintain any 'friendships' or have a particular liking to anyone in the guild, but she 'respects' Cyden, seeing as how he is her boss and is a war hero. And the fact he's trying to get equal rights for Esarians. She would have a neutral relationship with everyone else in the guild. She doesn't particularly like Drake very much considering that he's trying to stop someone who she supports because of the whole 'I'm trying to kill someone who trying to give equal rights to Esarians" and yea...she doesn't like Drake too much. Zagraene is also on Sorrel's shitlist as well...she doesn't like him very much because she can't stand emotional and temperamental people and will often call him a 'big fat baby' resulting in bad. But luckily Sorrel avoids conflict as much as possible and saves it for the fieldwork. Though her poor teamwork ethic doesn't really help her too much. Her daughter is the only person Sorrel truly adores and would kill to save.
